MATCH ANGLING DATES FOR THE SEASON 2008/2009

All anglers are reminded that the Match Competitions will be held on the NEW MATCH LAKE and are asked to make sure of the draw times. The draw for each match will take place at the Match Lake. However, the Tench competition and two of the Invicta Cup matches will take place on the main lake and the draw for this match will take place in the first car park.

11^th May 2008 - Mabbitt Cup - Draw 7.00 a.m., fish 8.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m.

18^th May 2008 – Tench Cup – Draw 6.00 a.m., fish 7 a.m. – 3.00 p.m.

1^st June 2008 - Invicta Cup - 1^st round - Draw 8.00 a.m., fish 9.00 - 4.00 p.m.

22^nd June 2008 - Invicta Cup – 2^nd Round - Draw 8.00 a.m., fish 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.

13^th July 2008 - Jim Reed Memorial Trophy - Draw 7.00 a.m., fish 8.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m.

27^th July 2008 – Invicta Cup 3^rd Round – Draw 8.00 a.m., fish 9 a.m. - 4.00 p.m.

10^th August 2008 - Inca Shield - Draw 7.00 a.m., fish 8.00 a.m. - 3.00 p.m.

14^th September 2008 – Invicta Shield - Draw 8.00 a.m., fish 9.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m.

12^th October 2008 – Senior Cup – Draw 8.00 a.m., fish 9.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m.

16^th November 2008 – Invicta Cup – 5^th Round – Draw 8.00 a.m., fish 9.00 - 4.00 p.m.

21^st December 2008 – “Christmas Bash” – Draw 8.00 a.m., fish 9.00 a.m. - 3.00 p.m.

15^th March 2009 – “Final Fling” – Draw 8.00 a.m., fish 9.00 a.m. till 3.00 p.m.

17^th August 2008 – Draw 5.00 a.m., Fish 6.00 a.m. – 2.00 p.m.

CARP DATES FOR SASON 2008/2009

All competitions will be fished on the main lake with the draw taking place in the first car park at 10.00 a.m. The competition will begin at 11.00 a.m. on the date listed below and finish at 12.00 p.m. on the following day or following 2^nd day in the event that the competition is a 48 hour match. There will also be a one hour break per 24 hour competition.

48 hour - 3^rd, 4^th and 5^th May 2008

24 hour - 5^th and 6^th July 2008

24 hour - 2^nd and 3^rd August 2008

24 hour - 27^th and 28^th September 2008

24 hour - 25^th and 26^th October 2008

24 hour - 29^th and 30^th November 2008

24 hour - 7^th and 8^th March 2009

PIKE COMPETITION

For this competition, the draw will take place in the first car park. This season, there will be two pike competitions.

14^th December 2008 – Draw 7.30 a.m., fish 8.00 – 4.00 p.m.

1^st February 2009 - Draw 7.30 a.m.. fish 8 a.m. till 4.00 p.m.
